Re: 265.1H.P.@Wheels so far with bolt ons

Notice comparing this Dyno Chart with my Previous Dyno Chart BELOW. I got Almost 11Hp & 4Lbs Tq. increase! More Importantly...the Hp & Torque Curves are a lot smoother after the T.S.ECU Upgrade & overall drivability is much better! Torque#'s are Now sometimes 15-18ft.lbs. more at the same rpm range! Check out both charts at 2000Rpm! Not to mention the Safer(richer)Air/Fuel Ratios. The VQ35's get dangerously LEAN w/the addition of the Crawford Plenum, High Flow Cats, Cat-Back Exhaust & CAI's(cold air intakes)

Here's the Dyno Chart before the U.R.Crank Pulley & T.S.Chip Upgrade. And not nearly as Smooth...

Re: 265.1H.P.@Wheels so far with bolt ons

The best 1/4 mile-before the T.S Upgrade & U.R.Crank Pully on street tires was: 13.861@101.38mph.
The car feels so much stronger now, I'm sure l can shave another 1/10 or two off my previous best time...

Great results from the TS ecu unit!

i Love the wheels and engine bay =)

Have you though about getting some cams? and retunning your ecu? I think you can put down 280hp with cams.

Rugrat,

VERY VERY nice. I am waiting to dyno mine after i finally fixed my AT cooler problem. Hoping to be in the 250 range. I will not be able to touch the 260 range as I cannot possibly get the lighter flywheel - that's a huge advantae that makes me want to get a 6MT. Congrats, man!

Rugrat,

According to a couple of articles, as well as the Corky Bell book, the stock cams are the best-suited ones for turbos. If you do go wth cams, just get the mild Nismo cams, i.e. just high lift ones and not ones with a long duration.

Re: 265.1H.P.@Wheels so far with bolt ons

"Sac22223" you asked "how did your mods effect your gas mileage?" well I haven't noticed any sharp drop in gas mileage, but I'm not too worried about it. Since my G is not my daily driver, I have an old Van I drive regularly....
"RacingDynamics" you ask "How much power do you want to make?" I didn't really set a target Hp. with the bolt ons, I just really wanted to improve the overall drivablity & performance of the G. But If I go the Turbo route, I'd like the it to be able to hold it's own in the 1/4 mile with Z06's and the like!
