I see kits on different sites from Stillen and Nismo for $129 or so. But I see the same kits on eBay for like $45 with shipping. How much should I be expecting to pay?

I'm thinking of doing the wires and the Z tube soon. Is these fairly easy mods for someone who can folow directions well and is moderatly productive with a wrench but other than that no major mechanical experience?
