Skip the intake and keep the OEM airbox unless you just want it for looks. Get a 350Z tube and a 5/16th spacer or aftermarket upper plenum. Headers will give you performance gains but a pain in the a** to install. HFC's are a good way to go (Fast Intentions or Crawford) coupled with a cat back exhaust (Fast Intentions or HKS). Just my suggestions.

I put in an injen short ram induction system, a 5/16 spacer and they alone made quite a dfference. I want to put in a bigger guage Y pipe and eventually a full exhaust system. I think that it is better to go one step at a time to see what each alteration feels like instead of all out in one go.

First one on the page there. Then a Z-tube/pop charger. Also headers aren't worth the trouble as it is a PITA x 100 to install them. I don't know about HFC, but get the megan v2 resonated test pipes. Exhaust? Thats up to which sound you like.

I agree. the motordne is a good part. If however the cost is something that affects your decision, blox make a part that is a lot cheaper and simpler to install and gives nearly as good a result.

if you plan on goin f/i in the future. then you should just skip the spacer for now and get a intake manifold. Pairing it with the sc to tc will give you more gains than a spacer.
