ecu reset after plenum/mrev2 install?

Is it necessary to reset the ecu when installing a motordyne plenum spacer and mrev2? I never disconnected the battery when I installed them. Thanks!

nope, because over time, it ends up being the same thing as resetting it when you install since the ecu will "learn" to make use of the extra hp.
