Okay so I just recieved my Motordyne 5/16th copper spacer today and everythings going smoothly but in order to remove the upper plenum and throttle body you have to unplug this plug going into the throttle body I dont wanna rip it out and mess stuff up how do i get this plug off?

I just installed this on my 03 coupe about a week ago. On the plug goin into the throttle body it has an area to pres to release it from the connector. Press in and try wiggling it back and forth gently to work it off the connection. It may be hard to do but keep at it. It took me 5 minutes to actually press it right and work it off the connection. Do take your time and don't damage the connector. If need be call Tony from Motordyne the number is on their website.

 

Thanks fenton right after you posted I went downstairs and gave it another shot I found the pressure point in the middle and just wiggled it and sure enough it popped right off! Thanks again

No problem bro, and YES I'm very happy with the results. That is probably the best mod for the money on the market. It seems like the longer it is on the more I feel it, as if the computer is adjusting to the increase in cold air with more HP day by day.
