Question Idle Air Control Valve

Okay, my car has had a low idle for a couple weeks. I think I found the source and I think its the Idle Air Control Valve or something closely related. Does anyone have any knowledge in this area? Or where I can find the part I need for cheap $$$?

I reached this conclusion by performing this test: I turned the wheel all the way left and right. The idle stays the same, and when I release the wheel, the idle briefly raises and then declines. When I turn the a/c on, the idle stays the same and when I turn the a/c back off it raises slightly and goes back down. A symptom I was told was that of a weak idle air control motor.
