No heat while idling...
Woohoo... got it fixed. I didn't really care a whole lot because it only took a tap of the gas pedal to take care of it, but after browsing through other posts and seeing the post referring to the plug on the heater hose, I checked it out and it definitely had air... so I went through the quick process of bleeding the coolant system and now I get full heat at idle. I live in GA, so it's not a REAL problem, but it's a problem none the less. And I haven't drained the coolant since buying the car in June, so maybe I'll do that soon. The overflow bottle was slap empty, so I took care of that for now. In the process, I checked my JWT pop charger and z-tube and noticed I was lightly rubbing the AC line, so I looked over things and saw that some of the clamps were loose, so I tightened all that.
Found out today that I have a hookup with an Infiniti dealership parts guy, so I know where I'll be buying all my OEM parts :-)
Heading back out in a bit to look at my DS door lock actuator. Can't wait to pull the door panel for the first time. It looks easier than it was on my 300ZX, that's for sure.
