yes, the laws of each state differs.. even if you ask a cop it is all subjective.. the real answer is to look it up in the vehicle code book.. you can get it at the dmv or you might be able to find it online.. that is what the judge goes by, not what the cop says

how much money would it cost me to put some really bright white lights in my clear corners and in my vericals? links prices and options and exactly what i need to buy would be nice. I dont like th yellow tint that they have right now... i wanna get em white to a possibly blueish color.

as stated above:
PIAA Xtreme White 192 Wedge Bulb
it has a blue coating. it will give off a nice white and will match the HIDs well. add MTEC H4 for the fogs and all four lights go very well together.

no i didn mean that i wanted something really blue. My sister's is300's headlights have a blueish tint to them that i have loved since she got the car when i was only 14

most autostores don't sell piaa's because they're pretty pricey.. you would have to go to a performance shop or a specialty shop.. or you can always order them online

I found the 168's on TireRack for $15. I don't see the 192's on the site however. What's the right price for these?

168 works also since it's a wedge bulb anyways. and by stating that they had a blue coat on the bulb doesn't mean they are blue. blue is used to filter and get the "white" out of the bulb. you can look around but $15 is around what they go for PIAA's for a set of 2.
