Here's the vid. About two months later and the idle is still a little rough. Gonna trouble shoot it soon

it's not proven to work, but also not proven to do damage.. if you have the time, it may help remove carbon deposits. i'd say give it a shot

No. It was an issue prior to the SF

^ Jeeze Tian, I sure hope you figure out your original issue...That video above was after two months right? It just seems like you are burning oil, the way the smoke would continually pour out of the exhaust and would be a brighter white with little pedal and then space (thin out) while on the throttle...but heck, I'm no mechanic....it just seems like it's burning *something* that is continually being feed to it.....

I did an OCT and passed. I think the rough idle might be a blown o2 sensor in the exhaust. I just need it tuned. I check the oil frequently and it's consistent. The rough idle isn't consistent though. It comes and goes and when it happens it dips and goes back to normal. Weird.

I could not notice a difference but it made a lot of smoke and a funky smell.

Rough idle -could be a O2 sensor starting to go. I watch my wideband and recently I have watched the car which is normally bouncing around 14.7 at idle jump up to 15.6-15.8. When it does this the rpms drop and it sounds like its struggling a little. I think its time to swap the O2's in the headers. You may be dealing with the same thing?

I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering how SFing your tank helped for gas mileage. I'm currently getting 17mpg which is dropping from the 21 I got last tank (no driving differences between the two tanks).

A couple days after sea foaming and an oil change I noticed slightly better MPGs, didn't last very long though.

Hmm alright, I'll see what I get. I've got a few other things to replace at the same time as well.
