Help! Second throttle body dying on me? - P0506 P2135

Hi,

This is the second throttle body that is causing malfunctions on:

P0506 - Idle speed sensor
P2135 - Throttle position sensor

I believe both of these are on the throttle body itself. The first one (original)
started giving trouble with same symptoms when I ordered a new one from g35driver, which seemed to give the same problem. Is it possible that the TB that I bought went bad too? I tried doing the 'reset procedure' to get the SES off, but I am not sure if it is the same as 're-learning' procedure? I read many places that re-learning would be necessary whenever TB has to be changed.

So, I tried going ahead and looked for some TB online, when I bumped into:
http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...W43b3f85c7ab9e

Is this good enough? The last time I spoke to a dealer, he quoted me $230.

To top this issue, I have another problem with the TB wherein on of the long screws that hold the TB to the rest of the engine has its threading kinked out due to repeated efforts to unscrew it in vain

Is there a way to remove it? I don't mind buying new screws (which I would probably have to anyway) and replace them.

Also, I would appreciate if there is anyone in the bay area who could help me out with this...

THX,
Iggy
