GROUNING KIT IS A VERY CONTROVERSIAL SUBJECT. SO FAR I COULD NOT FIND A GOOD EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WOULD POSSIBLY HELP, HOWEVER MANY PEOPLE CLAIM THAT THEY EXPERIENCED "NOTICEABLE" GAINS. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT THEY ONLY THINK IT HELPS, HOWEVER REALLY IT DOES NOT.

well i have my intake done (ztube and popcharger) and my next PERFORMANCE mod (im getting volks within the next 2-3 weeks) is gonna be exhaust. From there i am going to save up for plenum and cats (or cat modification). I wouldnt get headers before i got cats (or test pipes) because i dont believe that the stock headers are as big of a bottleneck as the cats and plenum are in the breathing system of the car.
