Re: HP?
Check the Central Florida Dyno Day thread if you don't believe what I'm about to type...
OMI has the same intake and exhaust that you have, plus he had the "magical" grounding wire kit on his 2003.5 6MT Coupe and he dynoed ONE horsepower gain over the stock 2004 6MT Coupe.
OMI dynoed 230.7 hp and 222.2 ft-lb at redline.
Demonteverde (stock) dynoed 229.7 hp and 222.6 ft-lb at redline.
My guess is that you are as close to stock now as you've ever been. Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear.
<font color=blue>The above statements are only my take on the issue. If you disagree with anything I typed then you are 100% right!</font color=blue>

I'm not sure if we ran that EXACT set up, I suggest that you look and see for yourself. The search function is a wonderful tool, too bad more people don't use it because data like this seems to just get lost. I'm sure people have dynoed JUST a Z-Tube and a K&N pannel filter before, but questions like this one keep popping up.
It's also a shame that "useful stickies" aren't more prevalent.

Re: HP?
More like 6400-6599 rpm.
By default [and internal proceedures] Nissan now allows the engineers to use up to a 3.4% [up to 14" WC at the HP peak rpm] restriction [from the input of TB thru MAF and out to atmosphere compared to 50% more in the early 90's.
The restriction is a function of air flow volume which is directly rated to rpm.........as it goes up from 250 SCFM at 4,000 to 325 SCFM at 6,200 rpm.
