Camshaft Position Sensors

Hello all,

I'm having issues regarding my 04 G35C. I have three lights showing up on my cluster, ENGINE SERVICE, VDC OFF, and SLIP. I have searched through this forum and found a possible solution that may be a cause to all this. It was pointed to the *CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSORS*. I have purchased these sensors yesterday since my car is out of warranty.

However, I cannot find any type of instruction of how and where these sensors are located in the car? I would like to replace them myself. If anyone know where it can be located, please point me to the right direction. Any type of instruction or pictures would really help.

Thank you so much for your time and help,

Michael

they are located on the back-side of the heads. One on each side. you will have to remove the upper planum and lower plenum along with the intake, and throttle body to get to them.

It looks like this on the back-side of both heads.
