Plenum Spacer and warranty issues

Whats up guys, I been thinking about installing a plenum spacer on my g35. However i read somewhere that a spacer + intake can cause the car to run too lean and give premature spark plug wear.

Will this mod void the powertrain warranty?
also should i get the car tuned after these mods or is it not necesarry?

If your car is already running in good condition it won't run lean. Its only if you are already running at or near lean that it becomes an issue.

It cant affect warranty unless it is found to be the cause of the warranty problem in question.

You typically only need a tune when you have many other breather modifications installed.

Intake, plenum spacer, headers, test pipes and exhaust... That is what typically will push it into leaner territory.
