will pulleys void my warranty and are they worth the money

 

Like with any mod it will not "void" your warranty unless something goes wrong in your engine or wherever and they can prove it was because you modded the engine or that part.The pulley's or main crank pulley gives you some nice gains and gives you a nice low end pull and torque which was what the G needed down low. Great mod !!Martin

Often times people recommend doing a search and others get upset. This pulley question is really a good time to mention doing a search. There was a great debate on here, FA and my350Z.com (in the roadster section). Kind of like a huge 3-way tag team event. There were about 500 posts with engineers, Infiniti technicians, engine re-builders, etc... all getting involved and discussing the benefit vs. potential harm the undamped underdrive pulley can give.

When the arguement was almost laid to rest (stearing everyone away from pulleys) an intelligent poster came on my350Z.com and made some very good arguements that were "pro pulley". In this "debate" I waffled back and forth and eventually decided to avoid this mod (at least for the time being, probably forever).

Do yourself a favor, hell I'll do it for you... hold on...
