Throttle body relearn (manual vs electronic)

As a followup to my TB woes...

An infiniti dealer close by is offering to do an electronic relearn on throttle body for $150 and then I have this manual version which I've tried many times before in vain. Is it worth giving the electronic version a try? How different are these two procedures?

THX
Iggy

why do u think a relearn is going to fix your problem and you really just need a new TB>?

Actually I don't ...

This is the 2nd TB I have installed. I bought this one from marketplace of g35driver. Within 30 miles of driving, I get SES on again with P0506 (Idle sensor) P2134 (Throttle position sensor).

Now, I am not sure if its the TB (or really the sensors on it) or the lack of proper re-learn procedure done. Unless I'm having bad luck with both TBs acting against me, I am hesitant to buy another TB.

I've seen TB's (remanufactured) being sold on ebay for about $100-120. I can give them a shot. But that might need a re-learn done then. So at that time, which way do I go?
