GTM or Forged Performance are the only places that carry it online. You're looking at $280-300 no matter what, so just buy it from either shop.

If at all possible, modify your VB do not get a different one. There have been changes over the years with the trans. You don't want to end up with a trans that doesn't work or acts funny because it is slightly different.

How big of a difference is putting a transgo kit in the 5at? I never realized VB upgrades were that cheap and now I am thinking about going with it. What do you guys think for someone who isn't FI?

Yup...it's happened to us, and its very very frustrating. As a rule of thumb, modify your own personal VB...do not try to buy a previous modded version. There are 3 different VB versions I know of, and they are all very sensitive.

I'll let you take my ride for a spin on saturday. I have the stillen VB granted it's not the transgo kit, but it is a upgrade from stock N/A with F/I it's not fast enough.

If you like the stillen you will want the transgo for sure.

Alright cool Dssklyine. Glad to hear your a go for Saturday I am just not sure what the weathers gonna do. But how muhc of a difference is it? I got Seans Grounding kit and felt a difference. Quicker and smoother shifts but nothing thats insane. It would be nice to have some good clean shifts in the manumatic mode. And with transgo only going for 300 it might be a possibility.

remember the kit is $300 you will have to pay someone to install it on your valvebody which is 300-500 depending on where you go.

the stillen you can tell the difference N/A which you will find out on saturday. The Transgo is night and day compared to the Stillen my car used to be turbo and it didn't shift fast enough with the stillen.

Rookie let me take his FX down the 1/4 and the shifting was super fast compared to mine.

I could of made a better time, but I was used to mine not shifting fast enough so I was shifting early.

I just bought one from another member and am going to install it on sunday, we ran the vins and the part numbers on the Vb's are the exact same so I don't think I should have any issues but your right there are several models and infiniti does not recommend they be mixed, even though they don't really know what the differences are.

The one I got was modified by SGP, they use the transgo kit, I'll report and post vids after I get it installed
