Anyone paint the OEM engine cover?
I took off the engine cover, I want to paint it with car paint (WV2 color) anyone recommend it. I am getting my bumper changed (cuz see pic) and paint so there might be paint left over.

I bought the paint which is a custom House of Kolors purple (blue in bright light, purple in moderate, black in low light).
Then they prepped it, sprayed it with the purple, then put a pattern floating over water that looks like water and dipped the peice in. The pattern sticks and then they clear over it.
Very cool process called hydrographics. They explain it better on the site!
