Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

I have them and they really dress up the cockpit of the G.
Take a look at the FX35 in the showroom next time you
are at the dealer. They really should come standard!
Got mine from Grubbs Infiniti.

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

Well the stock pedals work sufficiently, so getting the aluminum pedals is purely cosmetic. A friend of mine who owns a M45 got into my G, and the first thing she said was "I WANT THOSE PEDALS!!", although I got them for my own edification, not anyone elses.

They add an extra edge of sport to a luxury sport coupe.

I purchased mine from everythingg35.com. At the time I purchased them, they were cheapest from that website. Just a quick look has everythingg35.com at 73.50, and grubbs at 74.99. It'll come down to shipping in the end, so visit the websites and see what shipping is before checking out.

Grubbs shipping is usually more expensive, but I'm not sure why.

They're def on my list, I think they really dress up the interrior.
When you are checking prices, one thing to watch for if you have the 5AT....
Some vendors charge extra for the emerg brake pad (eg. Grubbs) & others include it (eg. Everything G35)

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

I think they are deffinately worth it... The stock pedals, just look out of place in a car like the coupe. Deffinately worth shelling out the $$$ for the pedals.

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

i got mine like the 3rd or 4th day i had my car. I figured that if my sister's lexus is300 had em.... it was making my beast of a car look bad. they should be standard on the car (at least the 6mt) but arent. Plus the rubber pedals rubbed my left foot to where i was limping around the first couple of days i had my G (didnt drive stick and i guess the ***** of my feet were tender). The aluminum pedals do it too but arent as bad. But now... i cant drive barefoot because the aluminum is 180 degrees when i get in my black car with black leather in 100* houston texas heat haha. But its ok cause the top little

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

I've noticed the shift **** heating up too.....now everybody knows I drive a 6 speed with the diagram of the shift patter burned into my palm...think Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom 8^)

I just put the Al pedals on this weekend. I like it. Its more of a subtle change since its not staring me in the face, but when my 8 year old son notices not 1 minute in the car and comments on it then I guess it is noticeable. For $75 it is a nice change up to make my Willow cabin more sporty looking (went with Willow for more lux feel) without going overboard.

3 wives 1 kid and one BLACK on BLACK g coupe 6mt that would be something that u need more than what u have

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

I have had people get in my car and notice the pedals. They
say "Wow, just like a sports car!" The G35 should have them.

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

At least they are one thing that everyone agrees gives no Hp gain. No debate there.

I think they are the biggest bang for the buck interior uprade.

They are not hidden under the hood or under the car.

And like the dual exhaust, they promised us them from the beginning.

Re: Aluminium Pedals worth Getting?

Just put mine on last week. If you have the regular black rubber pedals you really don't notice them. As everyone here has said, if the have the aluminums, they just jump out at you.

Put 'em on.
