Tires, rear differential fluid...
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. This would be my first post lol... I just hit 50k on my 04 5AT coupe today.... I bought the car when it was 40k, and did a transmission flush and got a new oil change. ever since, I've been changing my oil at the dealership every 3k... But that's about all the maintenance I did to the car, the dealership recommended to change the rear differential fluid, which i have no knowledge about... my question is when does that need to be changed and what other services should i look into at 50k miles. on a side note, i would like to purchase new tires.. I'm running on the OEM 17' wheels, front P225/50/17, rear P235/50/17.... I live in FORT WORTH texas and we get like two snow/ice days a year, and its like the minimal amount of snow/ice lol so i don't feel the need to get all season tires.... what are your recommendations on tires brands and types?? I don't race or take my car to the track, just a daily driver, i average about 50miles everyday... so good long last tires would be great... well that pretty much is all I have lol, i apologize for the lengthy post. much appreciation!
