that's a lifters/rocker arms. if you have warranty on your engine, you could have it replace like mine :]

 

checked your oil?

 

yeah recently did, also switched to thicker oil

 

Sounds like that motor is in need of a rebuild.

That is not pinging.

Why did you change to a thicker oil? What oil viscosity did you put in? Were you burning oil, leaking oil, etc and you went to a thicker oil to stop the burning/leaking?

Did this noise start after you went to the thicker oil?
