you do realize that its coolant, not oil, that runs thru that 1st OE adapter right?

You need 3/8" or bigger ports as well for a cooler. The only way to do it, is to use a sandwich adapter.

There's already an OE adapter there. It has an out/in for oil. The setup would run stock adapter out, into the OE cooler/warmer plumbing, IN to the aftermarket cooler, out the aftermarket cooler, and return back into the OE adapter.
