There is a kit that is available for some Honda's. I saw one installed in a Civicon Horsepower TV. They installed what looked to be a intercooler then plumbed it all the way to the TB which is quite far on a Honda. Looked cool, but they didn't dyno with just that mod. They did pick up 10% after adding an exhaust also.

 

is this clubsi.com or what.. fake intercooler?... hey why not put a blow off valve on your intake?? and a wastegate on your stock exhaust manifold.
