Knocking noice + Twang noice

Hey folks, here I am again, asking about another noice...

I have noticed during idle not only are my RPMS quit fluctuate, but I get a very suspicious ticking at times followed by a KNOCK. Sounds as if it is coming from the engine bay and I figured it isn't normal since after searching I only got a few posts about people talking about some clicks while they are racing or something. I only can hear/notice this during idle times (mostly on initial start-up) please let me know if this is something I should worry about.

SECOND SOUND:

When I am parked and out of the car, sometimes quit randomly, I will hear a twang, or click, like a spring shooting up...This sound comes from my rear suspension somewhere, and it is only when I am parked. Never while moving. I have heard it before while getting into the car which makes me self-conscious about my weight! Anyway, I think this problem means I have to just like lube something up, I just don't know how to trouble shoot, or ask for help in a way that doesn't sound like a child asking for something he can't explain with words.

Thanks for reading through my complaints
Let me know my next steps
