pop charger noise??

pop charger noise??
I have a 5AT sedan and right when my car is about to shift say at 3500 rpm...i hear like a screeching/whistling noise coming from my intake....is this normal....is there a way to make it go away??...i know the pop charger is known to make "sucking" noises when the throttle is pushed hard....any help??...thanx
