Tire Light and Brake Problem
Tire Light and Brake Problem
Hi, sorry if these questions have been answered already but I did try to search before posting!
Anyways, lately my mom's G35 coupe has had a problem with its rear brakes. Whenever I have to use her car, I occasionally notice that the rear brakes squeak whenever the car is in motion. At first I thought the pads might just be worn down, but kinda odd the rear brakes wore out before the fronts did.. Unless my mom's been doing some crazy midnight dorifto driving that I don't know about..
Well, hopefully not. The squeaking stopped so I figured it may have just been a fluke, so after getting home I heard an unusual ticking noise coming from the passenger side rear hub and upon closer inspection I felt it was noticeably hotter than the rest of the car. I'm guessing that the brake isn't fully disengaging? Is there a way I can fix this or is this something only the dealership should be messing with? Sorry for the long post, but I didn't know where else to turn to!
