Thanks for help guys, after the thermostat install I needed to bleed the air out. Car is running great now.

ok just found out why my 04 coupe is over heating at idle only i change the T-stat and belts(cracked/glazed) It is a bad fan motor on the pass side so check to see if your fans are turn at all when it start overheating cause it should be in high mode for aleast 1min then go back to low
