rev limiter?

Does the 2004 coupe 6mt have rev limiter? How much is it set to? I've went up to 7krpms and no light came on. Is there a way to adjust it cause I don't see it on the techometer when I click the button just see A and B.

Just FYI, you're actually referring to the shift light. A rev limiter actually restricts revs, this just tells you when to shift.

Ok, I used to get that when my motor was being broken in on my AUTO. G.. What do you mean by redline too far? You're ****ing up your motor.

Ok thats not what I meant I don't redline to far but I redlined to 6500 few times and my clutch gets the burning smell I believe. What I actually meant when I said that was like I missed a shift and my redline went all the way to 8000 rpms but I was able to clutch right away.

6500 is not REDLINE in any G35. 6600 is redline is the DE, 6800 is the rev limiter.
