Grinding at highway speeds

Hello all,

I Have a 04 G35 Sedan 42k miles 5 A/T. Has anyone had this problem where at about 2100-2300 rpm (about 63mph) it sounds like there’s grinding when I slowly accelerate? It does not do it if I only rev the engine. A few weeks back I had the mid-pipe from a coupe installed and I was thinking that was the problem I checked under the car and all seems good, there’s enough clearance. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks,
