3 days is all it takes....

I took my ECU out on Monday morning and overnighted it ($50). On Wednesday afternoon I had it back. Not too bad, especially considering I was out of town on busness the whole time.

i decided to put the pulley on the car, at first the car felt much quiker and more responsive, now it hasbeen two days and the car feels a bit more sluggish than it used to be , is the ecu reset needed to be done? i raced a friend of mines wrx which is always my way of tellin if what i do makes it quiker or in this case slower and i did not pull as hard as i did just before the pulley install. Is the ecu resetting going to help, becuase if not there is a crank pulley for sale. thanks

Do you know what the temperature, humidity, altitude, and pressure (density altitude), pavement temp, tire pressure were the 1st and 2nd runs? The ECU being reset or not is not a factor. The environment is.

Also, the human body is a very bad gauge of your car's performance. Unless you've measured it reliably, I wouldn't trust your butt. It's not going to notice a 5-10 HP difference.
