2004 Infiniti G35 Sedan Fuel problem?

I am having several things going on, so let me give you all the information I can.

1. Diagnostic codes are 0171 and 0174 Fuel Injection too lean (both banks)

2. When starting the car you have to crank it over several times before it will start. Cranks fine but wont start. When it does it runs rough for about 3 seconds or so then smooths out.

3. When giving it a lot of gas it bogs down like it isn't getting enough fuel.

4. Last but not least. You can smell gas fumes while driving is you have the AC on recirc, no gas smell if you have it on fresh air.

Ok. That all being said. I thought maybe my fuel pump was leaking pressure back into the tank when it is shut off but with all the other things I have read about the EVAP system I am not 100% positive that could be the only answer. Any ideas?

How many miles are on the vehicle? Have you ever had your injectors cleaned?

It has about 220,000 miles. The injectors have been cleaned.

I would check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
