If your TB is bad that could be why...

Did you allow the TB a few min to let the idle drop?

Ok this might be a bit off topic but why a rev-up and not an HR?

are you 6MT or 5AT? Hopefully 6MT.

Are you running the 05-06 O2 sensors now? Also, there was a MAF revision between 2003/2006.

Becuz the HR motor swap would take a LOT more work - for the wiring up of stuff anyways.

yea i got it to work when my buddy hooked up the ecu reader it wouldnt show the ecu so he couldnt ajust anything, there was a prong that jumped out when you tighten down the ecu so it didnt reconize it, but i did this because the hr motors are more $$$$ lol i spent total 1500 on this from a friend who crashed his car ( rear ended) i blew my motor so i said screw it i did this , and yes tooth is a 6mt, hmmm so what revision between the throttles? think it will make me loose hp?

yea the cars running , it wasnt comunicating with the ecu no , but my buddy found it was a pushed out prong , i have now 1k more rpm's but the car really has no differance from when i ran it with a non-rev ecu and harness. im not sure why? 4th is alittle stronger but very slightly shouldnt there be a big change in any gear? i mean the tires wont even break loose in 1st

there is no revision between throttle bodies

you just need to make that engine breath properly, thats all
