Question Clutch and Transmission Gurus please assist

Okay, just got a JWT Clutch and Flywheel put in, 43000 miles on the odo, 05 6mt. I also did a transmission flush and oil change at the same time....

Got the car back yesterday...love it. Still driving easy on it, but feels much better than a poopy slipping clutch on a sports car. Here is where it gets tricky...

Today, driving it around I start to feel a shutter...violent. When I am stopped and start driving away, the whole car shakes. Feels as if the clutch and the flywheel are jumping off and together quickly, until I pick up some speed in 1st gear, maybe 5-8 mph, then it goes away. I am not intentionally slipping the clutch either. I have tried a slow 1250 rpm launch, and a higher 1700 rpm launch, still the same. (by launch I am not talking about "dropping" the clutch, just a regular take off with varied engine speeds) I would like to pass this off as break in and letting the clutch seat against the flywheel, but I vaguely remember another poster with a similar question some time ago. I tried finding the post, but didn't.

So, the question of all questions..... WTF? What is happening to my car?

Okay, Gurus, tell me what you know. (Thanks in advance, help is greatly appreciated)

Could be the clutch was hot and sticky. My twin carbon one is like that when it gets hot. Could also be something is loose or the balance is off.
Not as common of a problem with single non-puck style clutches.

#1) you need to break the clutch in...be gentle for the first 500 miles

#2) it will take a short while for the ECU to recognize and adjust for the lighter flywheel which spins much easier.

I attribute the problem to #2...but you need to do #1

+1 on breaking in the clutch for at least 500 miles. dont do any hard launches and try not to go over 3000rpm.

you may experience some chatter/noise from the new clutch/flywheel which is normal because the jwt flywheel is not a dual mass flywheel like the oem unit. a dual mass flywheel absorbs a lot of the noise/chatter

again the key to longevity and proper operation of your clutch is to let it break in properly. i had the jwt clutch and flywheel installed in my car about 4k miles ago and i have not had a single problem with it at all. suprisingly, i havent had any chatter issues like a lot of other users had

it's not a cold or hot thing, as it does it continually any time in first gear starting off...

as far as break in...is this what is contributing to my "transmission hop"...it literally shakes the car...so is this just the clutch seating against the flywheel?

i do have chatter, but understand that this is normall...and i am not doing any "hard" launches...

so is my whole problem related to breaking in the clutch and shouldn't worry about it...or should i go take it back and say wtf?

i don't want to take it back until I have the problem narrowed down...the guy that did it was kind of a dick when he mentioned that there were no warranties cause I brought in my own clutch...I need to know that it is an install issue and not a JWT issue...I also have an email into JWT to see what they have to say...in the mean time...

does anyone else have any experience with the JWT combo?
