There were tons of pics, just not clear shots of the impellar - Also asked tons of questions and held out for a few days - Didn't think to ask about the impellar though. The pictures that I did see the unit looked clean and in very good condition. He did say the kit only had 4500 miles and that he put down -425 to the wheels with the 9lb pully - with that I figured I was getting a geat deal. Also he had a couple of bites on the deal so I had to pull the plug. I dont know man but I do know if I were selling something on this site I would give all details especially ones like this - Sneaky as hell on his part

Just got this from paypal not even 30 min from filing the claim:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund. I feel like this

call the bank and do a charge back on this particular charge from Paypal.

After that remove your bank info from pay pal account and when they try to get a hold of you about some $ that your bank just took from them.......Copy paste same message back to them that they sent you.

This is fvcking BS.

Where does this seller lives? Local guys need to beat the crap out of him and if cops catch them smashing this guys head with pry bars...........tell them that we found the guy used.

Just out of curiosity.......how much did you pay for the kit and what exactly did you get?

Thanks Frankieg35 - Joker you are spot on on how I feel right now. I paid $2450 which isn't bad its just I was expecting a flawless unit. I figured I got such a good deal I had more than enough for install and even a valve body upgrade because I am a 5at - I set the install up for Feb 1st just to be let down at the last minute. I received the full kit, 6lb pully, and the aam flex brace - Also came with the HKS blow off valve

That sucks and that was very shady and dishonest for the seller. He should have clearly stated condition of what was sold. Especially when dealing with $2500.

That looks like pure fraud, you should have a good case..

Yes, that's correct, however they MAKE you wait, I think 30 days to see if he will resolve the problem. They DON'T freeze his account so he can still draw the money out before they declare you were screwed so you don't get shizzz. I know, it happened to me.

That's what sucks about PayPal, they draw directly from your bank account.

Too bad you can't use a credit card. If I remember correctly, credit card companies are actually pretty good at getting their customers' money back in situations like these.

Get rid of that HKS BOV! I had that on my Procharger and to say I had compressor surge is an understatement. Get a Synchronic BOV. I swear that Synchronic BOV was the best mod that I put on my Z, besides the lightweight flywheel.

Banks are just as good.

Just call up your bank and tell them that you want to do a charge back on certain charge. They will ask you what and why and the only thing you need to tell them is " Item was significantly not as described" make sure you use the exact words.

If they ask you to write any letters to the bank make sure you write that too.

I have done it many times. Just make sure you remove your bank account from paypal cuz if banks gives you the money back paypal will do a charge again.

Going this rout might jeopardize your Paypal account tho.

But you can always call them up and tell them that bank has reviewed the claim and decided in my favor so if they want their money back.........seller has it.
