Check this out

So I make a deal on a Procharger Kit with 4500 miles- Set up install for the following week - Receive it , open the package and tada look what I find - What do you think - Impellar looks like it sucked up a brick - Seller says hey you bought a used kit it was never stated on the condition exept for the fact that it was working when it was pulled out" Nice

Bought it from exp_626. It is a procharger head unit - sent it to procharger and it will cost approx $750-$1000 plus $85 for diagnostics for rebuild. Asked Exp_626 if he would go half with me and he stated you are on your own = you bought a used kit - Beware

How did you pay? Reverse the charges on CC or PayPal. Otherwise, you need to sue in small claims court.

I guess I could try to reverse the charges on paypal, but how would that work if he already withdrew money from his account

Figured I would file a claim with paypal. Nothing will prob come out of it but what do I have to lose. Paypal says they cant guarantee I will get anything back but will compromise his usage on paypal - They said to get back to them in 10 days or so. Also - I should hear from procharger in a couple of weeks or so with the exact condition of the blower and exact cost of repair - I will post up as soon as I hear

Paypal can pull money back out of his bank account if the charges get reversed.
That looks like pure fraud, you should have a good case..
