Loud shrieking sound. Help!!!!!

Every time I start my car in the morning, a loud shrieking sound happens from the engine bay! It only happens when the car is cold usually in the morning. Then it goes away once the car is warm...

WTF is this?! Please help...Thanks!

sounds like belts are bad or loose

Belts are loose. cold weather does that. Probably need to tighten them a little.
