Question Serious help needed here...

Okay, so here's the story, I'm currently in Iraq and I've decided that I'm getting a 2004-2006 G35 Coupe 5AT when I get home. It took me months to decide which car to get, but the G35's looks, and it's potential sold me. Now, on to the delimma, I'm planning on dropping about $20-25K into the car when I get home as well. That budget includes everything (Engine, FI, Suspension, Brakes, Drivetrain, and Installation.) Some of the installs I'll be able to do myself, some will require a shop (Forged Performance is just 40 miles from the house.) I've changed my mind about 50 million times on what to do, but I've come up with two basic scenarios.

1.) Build up everything with the exception of FI with the possibility of a 4.2 stroker. (Basically a NA beast with the ability to slap FI on some point down the road)

2.) Slap the TT's on her, and keep the engine modification down to new rods and pistons and such.

My end goal is to have a daily driver that loves quarter-miles with a light appetite for track time. I'd love to be sitting at 600 whp. So, given a 2004-2006 5AT Coupe & $20-25K what would/did you do? I'm up for all suggestions and thanks for taking the time to check this out.

Just so everyone doesn't think I'm sitting around on my bum waiting for someone to hand me the "perfect build," here's one of the many I've come up with. This build uses a supercharger for the FI duties to ensure a nice even curve. It's just an idea as I have no idea what "works" with what. (When I was heavily involved in my Charger, certain parts just didn't get along with others, sometimes causing a loss in power.

Kinetix Racing V+ Plenum
Forged Performance S1 Shortblock
GTM Stage 1 Camshafts
AMS Aluminum Racing Pulley Set
SFR Stage 1 Cylinder Heads
GTM HKS GT Supercharger (Stage 4)
- GTM Supercharger Pulley
- Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
- DeatschWerks 600cc Denso Injectors
- HKS F-Con VPro Standalone EMS
- HKS GTM Temp Compensation Kit
- GTM Intercooler Temp. Monitor
- GTM Spec ECU Flash
- JWT Fuel Management Unit
Exhaust (Stumped on this one)
StopTech Stage 2 Upgrade Kit (Brembo)
BC Racing Coilovers - BR Type 36 setting
Works Bell Column + Paddle Shifter

Okay, that's comes out to about $18,300, leaving a nice chunk of money for installation and "small" parts like gaskets and such. Possibly even some visual treats, the first of which would be new wheels. I'm also aware of the required valve job on the tranny, just no idea what it'd cost. And to answer the question, Yes, I'm doing all of this to an automatic. If you must ask "Why?" then I'll simply tell you it's for medical reasons. Should you still be curious, feel free to PM me. Hopefully someone will at least chime in on the build I have set up there.

You're going to need a torque converter.

Your also not going to have the 5at survive at that power level unless you get it built.I wouldnt waist the money on the heads as there is very little gain for the cost.
