Question pulley issue

so i believe that my issue is a bad pulley. I get high squeals at cold temps when the car hasn't been running.

I have UR pulley set installed and the ac idler pulley is either not lubed enough or could be outright bad.

Is there a simple test to see if the pulley is bad? and/or what type of lube should be used?

I feel that it needs lube, should it be placed inside the outer spacer?

all the help is greatly appreciated!

i'm pretty sure its not a bad pulley...and the noise you hear is very common

after initial install, the belts expand a bit longer and all you need to do is have the pulleys adjusted so the belts sits a little tighter

so i can now tell that it is the pulley.

What type of lubricant should be used to make the pulley function smoothly?
