Broken screw in valve cover

Anyone have any suggestions besides a new valve cover?
Happened when I was replacing spark plugs. Its the coil screw for cylinder 3 (middle one on passenger side). It broke off a quarter of the way in from me misaligning the threads.
Here are pics...

Try getting a small drill bit and drilling out a little at a time starting in the center. However, the part in the valve cover (brass looking thing) looks like brass to me, unsure if it is or not. But by cross threading it that far may have damaged that, in which case it may be more time effect to just buy a new cover (since you'll already have it off to drill it I'd hope ) And just think you can paint it while it's off and spice up your engine bay...haha
