HHEEELLPP!!! Limp Home mode SES/VDC/lights on 03 G Sedan

I had a Z1 chrome 350z intake tube, swapped the stock tube between the MAF and the Throttle body, while doing so i noticed how dirty the throttle body was, so i used a cloth to whip up some of the dirt, moved the flange a little so could get some more dirt out, installed the z1 tube.

next i took the car out for a spin, alls good.
next day i did an oil change with quaker state Q power 5w30 synth, and oil filter change, afterwords i gassed her up, added some lucus oil injector cleaner, and drove down to the carwash for a quick cleaning. on the 5 mile trip back to the house, about 1/8 mile away from the house all the dash lights came on and
the care would not go over 15mph!!! i checked the intake, no water there, pulled the battery for 45 mins, check engin light still on car.

any suggestions?? i read that if i pulled the tps from the harness i have to "relearn" the position of the gas pedal and the position of the throttle...some cases if you move the flange this may need to be done ???

i was thinking that the Car wash may have had something to do with it, but while in the car wash itself i turned off the car, and turned it back on when the car wash ended. the only other tidbit i left out was that after i finished the oil change, i was whipeing down the engine plastic cover and got a static shock when i whiped near the TPS. I did check by the intake filter and saw no wet spots after the car wash.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
