After oil change slight ping/knock

Alright I bought my used 05 X with 41,xxx from a local infiniti dealer back in Jan. Been having a blast driving the car since the moment ive owned her. So today comes around and at 43,xxx I bring it into Infiniti for her first oil change. After driving around, getting home tonight and stepping out the car I hear a knock/ping coming from the engine bay. Popped the hood and it sounds like its coming from the top or the passenger side of the motor. Im freaking out cause Im pretty sure it wasn't there before I brought the car to them. The ping/knock remains after the cars been warmed up, and increases with revs. Ive used nothing but 91+ since I've owned her. The sound is sort of like the one in this video
but nowhere as severe. Sounds real faint compared to that one. Theres no CEL light on either. Could it be the type of oil they used, the weight, a more severe problem? Service dept is closed tomorrow so is it safe to continue driving? Should I wait till my next oil change to mention it? I have a extended elite warranty for 4 years/48,000. Thanks in advance!

***Update***: Heres a quick video I just took.

And begins the Infiniti runaround.........Woke up at 630am this morning and headed over to the dealer that performed my oil change on sat and let them know of the knock/ping, and that it wasn't there before the oil change. He said ill be first in line and hell have a tech look at. Tech comes back and says there is a noise coming from the engine but its not related to the oil. I tell them once again that the noise wasn't there before I bought it in. They say they'll take the car back and perform another oil change. 10 minutes later the consultant calls me over and says they reall can't do anything more because there's no maintenance history on the car and that I'd have to go back to the original Infiniti dealer where I purchased the car and they'd have to look deeper into it since they're the ones who sold me the car/warranty. Isn't this one of the perks of the Infiniti warranty....that u can bring the car to any Infiniti dealer to get worked on. Why would the original dealer sell me a warranty if its automatically voided because I can't provide maintenence records for a car I JUST took ownership of? Sounds to me like the dealer who performed the oil change fudged up and don't want to do any work they're not going to be reimbursed on. Imagin if I would of bought the car out of state. I'd need to go back to that state to get a repair honored under warranty. I've already called Infiniti consumer affairs and filed a case. This def is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I was already looking to get a FX but with this incident I don't know if I ever want to deal with Infiniti again. Let's see what happens Wed when I bring it to the original dealer, which I'm already not to fond of after hearing complaints of there service dept.
