Exclamation Is leaking Valve Covers really a BIG problem to worry about???

So I was changing my spark plugs the other day and found my 6th one full with oil! I don't know how bad of a thing this is but I know it's pretty common thing on a G... So is it something that I need to fix right away or can it lay off for a while? And also would it be a bad idea to step on it every now and than or do some drifts with this problem occuring?.. Also everytime I step on it I get this really bad/weird smell coming from the engine... Does anyone know why this could be happening??
