Okay To Do 80mph On New Engine?

I recently had my motor replaced and have been trying to break her in the best I can according to what it says in the manual. Haven't taken it over 4k rpm being that I have a AT. I vary the rpm also being that I do mostly city driving. The only thing is that when I do jump on the highway I gradually pick up speed and usually do 80ish to keep up with traffic around me. I just hit 200 miles on the new motor. Could going over 55mph not allow the motor to break in properly, or cause problems in the longrun? As far as mph it doesn't state anything in the manual. And also as far as warmup what's a sufficient amount of time? Thanks

Break in opinions differ drastically, but I'm sure you will be fine.
