steering wheel hard to turn after doing a donut

hello,
i have a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. i was in a driveway made of pebbles.i tried to do couple of donuts , it worked perfect but my cars steering wheel got really hard..when i m driving the car its easy to turn but when i m at slow speed or parking then it gets really hard...just to make it more clear..my steering wheel fluid is full..the car dsnt make any sounds..there isnt any problem in driving..

i am new to this community so i am not sure if my question has already been answered by someone..i would appreciate all the answers.
thanks alot!

haha. not laughing at you but it is kinda funny.

im guess the fluid is super dirty and maybe not letting the power steering pump work properly.

you should take it kinda easy on the old gal. You know if pop pop was railing Grandma from behind she might break a hip.

Why would you do donuts in a pebble-filled driveway? You need to take care of your car if you want it to last another 100K mikes.
