I don't get it, if AMSOIL wanted to sell more oil why don't they make it accessible to the general public? Even if I become a Distributor I'm buying it from someone up the proverbial ladder. So if I order it there's at least 3 individuals taking their cut ($$) plus shipping before I ever see what I order. Don't you think it would be nice just to buy it from AMSOIL direct or walk into the local autoparts store and buy the 5 quarts I need/want? It takes no less than 3 days to buy my AMSOIL MT 10W/30 synthetic, it should be easier....

I can buy Amsoil of the shelf at certain local autoplaces.

^^ Yup, full retail off the shelf, unless they can't move it, then -- rarely -- it goes on at the distributor price. I became a dealer primarily to get my own stuff at a better rate, but also to hook up some members with the same deal. I can get mine overnight in most cases, but even if it takes a few days, I don't mind...it's not like running out of beer where I have to go buy some RIGHT NOW! haha!

 

Yea, I just order it off there site they send the bill to a supplier near me and they ship it out. Its not much different from ordering online.

Its not such a big deal just annoying that you can just pick some up.
