oil can as overflow?

oil can as overflow?

does anyone know if it would be possible to use the nrg oil catch can that i have as a coolant overflow tank instead?

Nope don't believe that would work Kenny. If you are looking to do polished tanks you should consider Sean's overflow tank (square shape) or Weapon R (cylindrical shape). Sean's is way higher quality, but if you don't want square tanks then the Weapon R is the way to go. I believe it needs to be modified to work properly on our car. Technosquare has modified a few for the Gs in SoCal that run them.

this is how i was thinking of doing it...



i flipped what is normally the top and put it on the bottom and vise versa. that way the to nipples are on the same end as the drain plug. im thinking if i hook up the hose that goes to the rad to the drain on the catch can. and plug the 2 nipples then it will work. maybe im still wrong though? i know that will look kinda strange. but i plan on tucking it down out of the way so it wont be very noticable at all.
