Whining noise after plenum spacer Installation... PLEASE HELP

Thanks fastgkid. We fixed the problem. The rubber piece under the oil cap was trapped inbetween the gasket and the cover. So you were correct! air leak! Heres a pic for people if they stumble upon the same problem

Notice: Pic is after problem was fixed. Rubber piece is tucked under to simulate what it looks like.
