Does anyone know what causes this sound..?

So out of no where yesterday... I drove my car and turned on the AC and it made this noise. And today I started my car on a cold engine and turned on the heater / defroster and it made this noise. Apparently after awhile of driving it goes away but comes back if the engine is cold. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

I don't know how to post video so I uploaded it here and provided a link.

you probably need to replace both belts

If your belt is too tight it might cause it to squeal as well.
