When I was spraying the ever living guts out of my Mustang I still remember the #1 rule... NEVER use platinum plugs.... Well, I don't know if that really is the number 1 rule, but thats the only rule I followed. I sprayed at part throttle, and about everything else you can imagine. I even sprayed so much in one night it head soaked the rings/engine and the car would hardly even run.

Stock heat range will be ok for a 75 shot for short term and especially in colder weather. For summer though, you will want to get 1 step colder.

Also, consider getting copper plugs if you run nitrous. They are cheaper, don't last as long but have better conductivity.
