Car is running like crap... P1273/P1283 maybe?
I've had my CEL on before and it was because of my O2 sensors going out but I deleted it and it never came back on again for about a year. That year passed it came back on but I assumed it was the same problem and never bothered to check it. Driven on it for a while with no real problems.
But ever since last weekend with our crazy rain storm. (Seattle rains a lot but not this intense) Its been driving horrible. When I am in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th gear and I want to put more throttle without shifting gears it would pull then lower the power within like half second almost making it sound like an automatic car shifting gears (I never shifted any gears). My friend thinks it might of been my intake soaking some water from all those puddles in the freeway. Although I don't have a CAI.
I finally decided to check the codes and it threw out P1273 twice and P1283. I did some vague searching and saw it had to do something with my car running lean for multiple reasons like leaks (y pipe is leaking), and PCV valve (which I haven't gotten a chance to change yet). But I am not sure if that has anything to do with my throttle response.
Sorry for the lengthy post! any help will be greatly appreciated!

I had a similar problem in the past with my stock air intake pipe. It had a crack in the resonator and would swing open with hard acceleration therefore introducing more air just by the MAF sensor and causing bogging make it appear as though it was running lean.
Try taking out the air intake pipe and making sure it is intact.

Could be a lot of things - sounds like rain could be your culprit though. Some people have seen water enter the cabin via the rubber boot under the battery cover. It goes down toward the ECU - not something you want. You can take the kick panel off passenger side and check for water. Shouldn't find any. If you do, let it dry and find where the water came in and fix it.
